2022 Honda Civic Sport/EX Lease

I'm in the market for a new car lease and I have a really unreliable salvage title 2013 Ford Escape. I got an appraisal at Honda Dealer with a $4200 offer. I'd put this down on a 2022 Honda Civic Sport which has a MSRP of $23750 and monthly payment of $230 and residual of $16605 or a 2022 Honda Civic EX with an MSRP of $25,350 and monthly payment of $260 a residual of $16,874 both are priced for 12,000 miles/yr. The money factor is .00150. Does anyone know if this a good deal in today's crazy market? There aren't many out there I would also have to build it.

The money factor and residual are fixed by the bank.

The only variables are the selling price of the new car, and the trade-in price of the old one.
