SPLAN price for 2022 CX5 Carbon

Anyone knows the real SPLAN price for 2022 CX5 Carbon? My dealer gave me 31,200 but it just doesn't look right to me because the MSRP on mazda official site is 31,850 ish. My friend got SPLAN discount of at least $800. Any insights? Thanks.
