I've got an interesting situation... the dealer is giving me 73% residual on a 36/10 lease and 0.0019 MF through another bank they are dealing with... but they've bundled in over $6K in useless dealer installed items taking the price $6K+ over MSRP on the 2023 EXL to almost $48K. Decisions Decisions... Any thoughts?

Sounds like you are going to get a bad deal, in any case. I wouldn't go with a 3rd party bank (likely a credit union).

I’m being offered $783 per month after taxes on a new 2023 Odyssey Touring lease for 36 months, 12K per year. 66% residual and 0.00128 MF. Only $1695 due at signing. I don’t plan to buy this after the lease. But the residual at the end is $30,452. Net Cap Cost is very high at $52,778 but everything else seems great. Comes with special exterior color, wheel locks, splash guards, cargo tray, and all season floor mats. Comes with some other stuff I don’t need, which is non negotiable… anti theft system called KARR Security … and a 5 yr protection plan called repel shield plus for stains, chips, broken glass, etc… Anyway, here in Southern California, I can’t find any minivan whatsoever for less than $5K over MSRP, unless I order and wait 6 months. I’m thinking this isn’t too bad of a deal, given the market conditions, especially with the residual and MF. Plus, I have a 2020 X3 I’ll be selling privately, that will likely give me a lot more in this market than what I would have gotten any other time… Any thoughts? Expert opinions? Thx!

If you've shopped all the SoCal dealers (and, having lived in SoCal, I know there are a lot of them), and this is the best offer you've gotten, then you've answered your own question.
