Anyone hearing about allocations yet? I'm in Colorado and high up on the M3 list of they rolled the one remaining 2022 request onto the 2023 M3 list, so now I'm watching and waiting for 2023 M3s to arrive.

What are you all hearing and seeing as far as allocations and builds actually processing? Dealers I talked to said they didn't even get a July allocation (just to build and submit order, not arrive).

Residual is fixed by the bank, but they can mark up the MF (and, most will in this market).

What incentives and amounts are available in zip 80027 for an M3 base purchase (financed via BMW)? New grad, military, loyalty? How much and can they stack? They are all listed on the website without details.

I see the following purchase incentives, if you use the standard finance rates from BMWFS:

$500 military
$750 loyalty
$1000 college grad

They should all stack, providing you qualify for them.

Thanks! I have them all approved but they previously took away new grad for the M (which kinda makes sense unless you have a good job) and it wasn't stackable. Great to know they are all in play. I've heard that new grad is harder to get so trying to figure out those details. I'm guessing they follow up or something.

I checked in and it looks like I am getting $1,500 military and $1,000 new grad on the 2023 M3 but can't stack it with loyalty. All good since it adds up nicely. New grad is funny for an M3. For the record I'm a grown man getting a graduate degree. I wonder what lucky undergrad gets an M3 for graduation. 😂

I wanted to share a last update since I'm about to unfollow this thread (I got my car so don't need the info). I know this is a lease thread but I switched to financing for the first time. I got my new 2023 M3 Base 6MT at the end of November. I financed it through BMW with a down payment of about half the purchase price. I financed the rest into a 60 month balloon payment at 5.29% (that was locked in around September). The balloon financing can be dangerous if you get yourself upside down, but I like it because I'll still have equity even with the balloon payment at the end of 60 months it means my payment will be about $460 a month but I can pay more if I want to reduce the balloon payment at the end. There is also a good likelihood that I will just refinance it into a traditional 5 year payment with a lower interest rate with Altra Credit Union (they have great rates).

I was able to stack the military family discount ($1,500) with a new grad discount ($1,000) for a total incentive of $2,500 so not bad. I wasn't able to stack loyalty with it so we dropped that one, which was the lowest at $750. I wasn't able to use an OL code since it wasn't a car on the lot.

I paid MSRP with no markup which is ok I guess these days. The car is a smile factory. I can't drive it without a big grin.
