money factor on Black label

Nautilus 2022 black label
msrp 68250.00 they are saying my money factor is 1.51 (this does not sound correct) this looks like interest but they said no.
residual is 52%, 12k/yr, $0 down 36month. what should my payment be in Massachusetts 6.25% sales tax( 164.94/month) they say $1244.58 but I do not agree. doc fee 459.00, title and reg 812.50
total due at signing 1871.08
