New to this, so I apologize in advance for omissions/and general lack of knowledge. Local dealer is offering lease deal of 396.10 for 36 months on Frontier (VIN 1N6ED1EK1NN670321). Deal requires $4312 down.

Is this a good deal? What's the MV and is that negotiable?

    Oh, forgot to mention, Total monthly payments are $14,259.60 . Option to purchase vehicle at lease end is $33,506.25.
