Wireless Charger Incompatibility

The wireless charger in my 2022 QX60 does not function with my Motorola Moto G Stylus cell phone! According to the Motorola website, my phone is QI compatible which means it should function with any wireless charger that is also QI compatible! I have confirmed that the charger in the 2022 QX60 is definitely QI compatible as stated in the QX60 owners manual and also according to my dealership! Still, it does not charge in the charger! I have removed the case on the phone to verify it was not the case causing the issue but that did not make any difference in the performance of the charger! During my last visit to the dealership, the service representative placed his IPhone in the charger and it functioned perfectly!! At this point, I am totally baffled!!! Any advice???
