I wanted to get the MF and residual for a 2023 M4 convertible competition for a 36 month 10,000 and 36 month 12, 000 mile lease in zip 33496. Also, is there any lease loyalty or lease incentive? Thank You.

Supposed to take delivery of m4 conv. It just arrived at the dealer. The mf they are quoting for 36/10k is .00250 and I think 53% residual. He said the mf is marked up but did not say what the base rate is. Does bmw have a standard base rate?

This month, the base rate is likely .00210 - the dealer can mark it up by .00040, which they are doing.
