It is GM Financial, but a business lease, if that changes anything. I will say my business partner recently leased a 2023 2500HD Denali and it seems like his MF is closer to your number and his residual looks like roughly 70%.

I don't know if there are different programs for commercial customers; if there are, we don't have access to them.
