Discounts on Legacy Grand Touring or others

Since the Legacy does not sell many are there deals to be had. For example the Legacy Touring is listed at 38k would it be possible to get one for 35k in a purchase. How about a lesser model like the Premium. Please let me know guys what kind of purchase deals you have negotiated
