Also, yesterday I was seeing a $7,500 bonus cash show up on a calculator on a volvo dealer website, and I don't see it today... is there any reason that would have dropped off on July 1? Or is it possible that's for 2023 models but not 2024?

I'm sure dealers - and Volvo Finance - would rather have you lease a 2023 model. I suspect the lease programs will reflect that.

Good tip, Michaell. I wasn't seeing any 2023s in my local area, but you prompted me to cast a bigger net and I found some good options further out that I'm going to pursue this holiday weekend.

Do these numbers make sense if I were to just put first month down and roll taxes in?
This is the most favorable offer from the three dealers I reached out to, but wondering if I can get them down any further.
Currently driving a 2020 S60 T6 AWD Momentum with about 22,000 miles on it. Does Volvo give lease equity?

In NY, we recommend you pay the sales tax up front; through some quirk in the law, if you roll the taxes into the lease payment, you pay tax on the tax (no, I don't exactly understand why that is).

Yes, if your current lease has equity in it, Volvo will allow you to use that equity as cap reduction to lower the payment. Do you know the trade in value and the payoff amount? It's a great place for the dealer to fleece you, if you don't know.

Always negotiate until the dealer says no. You won't know how low they'll go unless you try.
