XC90 recharge money factor

Hi everyone,

I am about to purchase an XC90 recharge but i see they are giving me a money factor of .00384. I understand rates are crazy high right now but that seems like a lot. Is this dealer jacking up my money factor to make some additional money or is that in line? My zip code is 11733

Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    $7500 PHEV bonus
    $2500 lease bonus

    If you have top tier credit, then there is a bump from the dealer for extra profit.

    The lease I am between is either 12k miles for 36 months or 24 months. No change to these values other than the RV, correct?
