Hello,

I would like to know the invoice, RV, MF on a 2024 Pro4x crew cab 4x4 36/10 in 11701.

offered a deal on the above mentioned vehicle at 525 per month with only my taxes and fees up front (total of $3500). I turned in my previous lease with some value in mileage so they applied $2400 towards cap cost reduction. Wondering if its a good deal or not.(Sorry if this is not the right place for this question... I'm new to this)

So I'm throwing the numbers I have off the lease they offered. Not sure how relevant some of these numbers are but ill include them anyways.

- 3500 due at signing

***Itemization of gross Cap Cost***

A) Agreed upon value of Vehicle 42,650( AKA the gross cap cost minus the trade in allowance)
Sales Tax 1,660.91
C) Acquisition Fee 650

Agreed upon price is the selling price.
The Gross CAP is the selling price + tax and acq.fee
The Adjusted (or NET) CAP is the Gross CAP minus the CAP reduction.

Some of your numbers don't add up.
73% residual applied to the MSRP you note ($43450) would be $31718.50, where you show $33891. That's a pretty big difference for a number that can't be adjusted. Are you sure of the MSRP? Could it $46,450?

With these numbers, I don't see how you are being credited with the $3500 upfront and the $2400 from your trade-in.
