Ask them for a copy of the lease worksheet - that may contain some of the information we need to assist.

Well, they dropped their offer by $200/mo, with the same amount due at signing, so that's a positive.

Using the prices posted, and assuming the $5000 covers all the up front costs, I get $1314/mo, plus tax, so $1500/mo still seems a bit high.

Perhaps the MF has been marked up.

Also, ask for an itemization of the $5K up front.

Have you shopped around? That's really the best way to know if you're getting the best deal.

Interesting - I would have expected to see a large dealer fee in there, either as part of the up front cash or added into the selling price.

I'd ask them about that, and also get them to confirm what MF they are using for the quote.

Using the inflated MF, I now get $1386/mo before tax.

Tell them you won't sign unless you get the base MF rate.
