    Warm Regards,

$3000 off seems good, but in reality it's $2000 off, because they are charging $989 for a doc fee.
Given that you pay VA sales tax on the full purchase price, this deal seems reasonable. In my local area, Honda dealers are asking $2500 over MSRP.

    But, here's the thing:
When I do the payment calculation with the $26,980 MSRP, $24,058 Adjusted CAP cost, .00240 MF and 65% residual, I get a payment of $281/mo, not $334/mo.

    So, something isn't adding up.

I will check but here is my calculation. I would love $281.00.

    Your residual is wrong.

Residual is always a percentage of the MSRP, not the CAP cost.
