Got the lease crib sheet from a dealer. Can you please tell me if this is a good deal?

2024 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV SEL with Premium package.
This is in CA, if it matters.

I personally feel like the Money Factor is a bit on the high side, almost double that what I was expecting.

.00342 is the base MF for 36 months
    The residual is correct

    No discount from MSRP?

My calculation gives me $681/mo, pre-tax vs. their $715.95

Shouldn't the MSRP reduce with the Total rebate amount?

MSRP is $51,240. And rebate is $6,750.
So the effective MSRP is $44,490.
With residual of $29,719.20, the total lease amount should only be $14,770.80 (44490-29719.20)

Divide that by 36, and the amount is ~$410.00 (before interest and taxes)

Is my thinking of the rebate incorrect?

The rebate money is coming from Mitsubishi. If your dealer isn't giving a discount, that is equivalent to you paying full MSRP.

The finance portion of the lease is substantial. (over $250/mo)

Yeah. That's what I thought as well.
The dealer should be adding that discount to MSRP. If the customer isn't being benefited from it, then what is the point of adding that line item on the estimate if the customer isn't being benefited from it.

    Maybe a sales technique?

Sort of missed my point. You are benefitting from the rebate (that comes from the manufacturer). But, the dealer isn't offering any discount, themselves. Plenty of other PHEVs come with big rebates, plus the dealer discounts the car an additional amount.
