Help me decide on which car - Mercedes C300 Coupe or BMW 430i

I am torn on which one to get. Looking at either a 2022 BMW 430i coupe or 2023 Mercedes C300 coupe. Any suggestions or feedback on anyone who owns one. I have been a happy owner of a 2016 Audi A5 coupe but want someone newer, sadly the newer A5 look pretty much identical. In my 7 years of owning my A5 I have had zero issues with it and a little nervous on switching brands.

I love the way both drive and look but personally think the C300 is nicer looking. Both have under 10K miles and certified so I will have most of the original warranty + 1 year certified. Advice & feedback is appreciated.

Both excellent cars. If you really can’t decide, get whichever is cheapest!

Otherwise do a checklist of items that are must haves or highly desired and see if one ticks off more boxes.

My experience with Audi has been exemplary on new car purchases as well. Can't speak to BMW or Mercedes reliability personally.

I use an independent garage that does maintenace and repairs on MB and BMW vehicles. They are limiting what they do on BMW. Still working on MB vehicles. They also recommend which models to stay away from. I would find a local garage to seek there opinion. I also recommend extended warranty purchae at the time.

Definitely will be getting an extended warranty. The nice thing is both are certified and have a majority of original warranty remaining so will covered for 4 years at a minimum. Will be looking for another week before making a decision.

I owned BMWs exclusively for 40 years umti 2023 when I bought a CPO C43 sedan. I absolutely love it. That said, I still own two BMWs and at the last service my dealer gave me a 430i xDrive coupe with the M Sport package. It was a very nice car, and felt fast even though it isn't particulary quick. I've only driven AMG C Class models so I can't help you there. Having said all that, I'd drive both and go with the one that gives you the biggest smile.

I would drive both vehicles and see how they handle especially in the rain. Are you more comfortable in one versus the other? Is the radio, phone, and settings easy to access? This may help you make a decision.

Thank you everyone for the responses. I went with a new 2023 C300 Coupe that was not sold. Dealer was anxious to sell and knocked off 10K off the price. It has the AMG & Night Package.

Congrats! I test drove a C300 coupe a year or two ago, and was impressed by it.
