thank you very much - any insight on this sheet? I feel like the MF is almost doubled, and the MSRP is extremely high, and I don't think they're accounting for the trade in.

Confirm which bank the dealer is using; our numbers come from Chrysler Capital.
this would be chrysler capital i believe, it's a jeep dealership direct. None of the calculators I've used have been able to achieve these numbers, and I don't know how they're incorporating the 7200 from the trade in this scenario.

Not true - Jeep dealers have the option to use Stellantis, US Bank and Ally for their leases. We don't have their programs to compare, however.

They're using it as a CAP cost reduction. That's a lot of money to put down on a lease.

understood, thank you for that info, I just made the assumption.

We're ok with it if that's the case, as it's not really out of pocket, and we're not going to sell privately.
overall opinion, does it seem like a good deal with these numbers? I just cant help but feel the MSRP is inflated there, and I can't get a cap cost to line up mathematically, but I could be looking at it the wrong way.

It definitely isn't a Chrysler Capital lease with a 7500 mi/yr allowance, as CCAP doesn't support that.
Seems like a reasonable payment relative to MSRP, even amortizing the CAP reduction.

One thing to note about the big cap reduction - while it makes the payment nice and small, if the unthinkable happens and your car is stolen/totaled, you lose that up front money. Better to have the dealer cut you a check for the equity in your trade and accept the higher payment.
Can't comment on the deal, as we don't know which bank they are using, therefore we can't know if the MF they are using is marked up from the base rate, or not.
thank you both for taking the time to respond, really appreciate it. wife unfortunately showed too much hand at the dealership and can't help but feel like I can get it down a bit further, just needed some pro reinforcement.
