I'm a little suspicious of the selling price (listed on dealer's website[Paul Miller Subaru]...pic attached) being lower than the invoice price I calculated on edmunds.com.
Dealer's website show's "Paul Miller Price $34,742" and Edmunds shows an invoice price of $34,981. Is there something hidden here that I should know about? I'm concerned about a bait 'n switch.

What amount do you suggest my offer should be? Is it normal to offer a price lower than a dealer's price when the dealer's price is lower than the invoice price?

The invoice price you see from Edmunds may not be the price the dealer paid for the car - there could be hidden dealer incentives and spiffs that allow the dealer to go below the invoice price.

Also, confirm that the price quote is valid for a lease; they aren't always.

Shop around and see if you can do better.
