So I am dealing with a salesperson that is telling me MF is 0.0026 and cannot change it because that is set by BMW. The residual is the same as what is shown here. So, if they won't change the MF then I just go somewhere else then or try to get them to reduce the figure? Credit score is excellent.

BMW permits the dealer to markup the rate by .00040. This dealer is quoting the maximum markup. BMW sets the .00220, the rest is all the dealer.

You have to negotiate it, just like you would price. Doesn't mean this dealer will give you what you want.

Looks like the fed meeting to cut interest rates is in a few hours. I am also hours away from signing a lease. Advice? How long after would you see a change in the mf for me to hold out until (if that’s what you would advise). Thanks (2025 x6)

Fed actions rarely translate into immediate (or even short term) changes to the lease programs.

Lease the car when you need to.
