Money Factor and Residual 2024 Jeep Sahara 4xe

Can someone please provide any info on the MF and Residual information for a 2024 Sahara 4xe….42 months/10000 miles.

MSRP $66345…$7345 Dealer Discount….$10500 Rebates

Dealer is quoting Residual at $31846 or 45% with a MF of .00061 through Stellantis.

Not sure if there is a better option than Stellantis or a better term?
