Here is the deal I have been offered so far on an iX 50 (in VA)

MSRP: $99,925
Incentives: $10,900
Pre-incentive Discount: 12%
Term: 36M/12K
Money Factor (MF): 0.00066
Residual: 52%
Tax/fees/first payment: $6,277.91
Cash at signing: $0
Monthly payment: $960

1. Is this good deal?

2. Are there any new/additional incentives after March 3?

3. Does BMW FS still offer the MSD program? Is the reduction still 0.00006 per MSD, with a max of 7 MSDs?

4. If the MSD details above are correct, I estimate the monthly payment could drop to $902 (with MF reduced to 0.00024), leading to savings of ~$2,088 over 36 months. That would equate to a 30-33% guaranteed return on $6,650 - $6,300 in security deposits.Does this math check out?

5. can the dealer refuse to do MSDs?
