Kia sales manager raised selling price?

Hello I’ve attempted to use the lease calculator and came up with a target monthly for a 2025 Kia k4 gt line.

This is what I came up with:

Kia US KFA subvented special lease. plus the $250 Kia lease cash.

I sent these numbers and they responded with a higher selling price at 28,055. thats 2k above what the listing says and calculator generated.

This is what the manager replied with:

Gross cap cost : $29,761.89
Cap cost reduction : $150.00
Adjusted cap cost: $29,611.89
