    Hello! May I please have the current MF and RV for a 2026 Escalade IQ Premium Sport (36 and 39 month lease x 12k mi/yr) at ZIP code 44120? A dealer is telling me they're passing on the $7500 federal EV lease "loophole" incentive in the form of a higher-than-usual RV, but I have no way of knowing if this is accurate without comparing to the "usual" RV (unless the "usual" RV set by Cadillac truly accounts for this soon-to-expire federal credit). Many thanks!

    There is no "usual" residual, as the IQ is an EV

    What you see is what you get.
    If there were any other rebate available, the dealership would have to give it to you. Also, they don't control the residual, that is set by GM Finance.

This EV model hasn’t yet existed during a time without federal EV lease “loophole” incentives, so there is no way to know how much Cadillac may adjust October RV or NF values for future EV leases after these tax credits end. That’s what I meant by “usual”… the expected RV or MF if there were no federal tax credit incentives available to the dealer on EV leases (which they then claim to pass on to the lease customer). My dealer said the about-to-expire tax incentive was “already built into the monthly payment estimate” he provided (via the RV and/or MF, as opposed to a cap cost reduction like a traditional rebate).
