    If no incentives, does that mean the total cost will be MSRP plus fees? What are some common fees that can’t be negotiated?

    I have a current leased '22 C300 & i am a ton UNDER my allotted miles + car is pristine. I'm assuming i have equity. My lease is up in about a month. I leased in PA, but things happen & i'm currently in CA temporarily. CA dealers wont let me lease & register with my PA tag at all. (They say i have to pay CA tax & get a CA plate.) FIne! So the plan is to return the current car in CA. And lease again at a dealer i found in MD. They'll ship. The question is if i return in CA how do i get this dealer in MD to give me this equity money from the car i returned?

    If you "return" your car to MBFS, there is no equity for you. The only way to get equity, is to sell the car to a dealer that is willing to pay you more than the residual.

    Understood. Then i was mistaken. Just to clarify when you say sell I'm assuming i need to check my contract to see if i can even sell it in the first place, then go to a place like carmax or something & get an offer.
