Lease Calculation

I’m seeing specials for 186 a month 39 months, 10k a year. About 6k down. How do I calculate the monthly price putting more or less down? Sorry for such a novice question.

    A quick google search will turn up a number of sites where the lease payment calculations are discussed. It can be a simple spreadsheet.

    Subtract the amount of change, then divide by the lease term. It won't be exact, but it will be close

    $5000 less down, divided by 39 = $128/mo higher
