What is the eligibility wording for the Cadillac EV Conquest Offer right now? Does it require the qualifying vehicle to be registered in the lessee’s name, or is household eligibility accepted?

    Minimum Year: 2012
    Must be Returned: No
    Transferable to Household: Yes
