Tahoe Clock?

we bought a '98 Tahoe this summer. after some work, clock is not set right. no owner manual.

can anyone tell me how to set this clock?

I guess I better go find my manuals come to think of it - DST ends this weekend and I never can remember how to change the clocks in my cars.
