Programmer for the 6.2L Cadillac Escalade engine?

Has anyone out there purchased a Superchips Cortex programmer or a competing brand for their vehicle? I called Superchips and they told me it would add 32 horsepower & 35 ft lbs torque to the 6.2L 403hp/417tq engine.

I'm just wondering if you can really tell a big difference. Thanks.

And did they say 32 hp or "up to" 32 hp? :shades:

The guy said 32hp, he didn't say "up to," but I guess when dropping $500, it would be prudent to call back several times and press several cust. serv. reps. with that same question. I'll check out those links. Thanks! Still if anyone has purchased and installed one of these on this engine, I'd like to hear from you.
