2007 Honda CR-V Information Display
I purchased my CR-V in June 2007 and I haven't had any technical issues with it until this past week (beginning of March 08). I live in Phoenix and I'm used to driving my car in warm-hot temperatures, but last week I drove up to my cabin in northern Arizona, where the weather was much colder (20 degrees F as opposed to 75 degrees F). I didn't drive or even turn the car on for 3 days, and when I first started my car, the information display monitor on the instrument panel was completely warped - some digits/words were showing, some were not, the visible words and numbers would flicker and then change, the current fuel mileage/fuel/and temperature gauges were all fully to the right (although some of the bars weren't there, or were also flickering), the door/tailgate open monitor only displayed the 2 left tires - it looked like it was just falling apart. I assumed it was the cold weather, and after about 30 minutes, the display had flickered back on to normal. It was fine for 2 days, then today the same thing happened - but the temperature outside was around 60 F, so I'm not sure if it's the outside temperature anymore.
If anyone has experienced this or knows what to do, please let me know - it's stressful to drive for 30 minutes without knowing how much gas I have, what my engine temperature is, etc.

Occasionally a display will flip out, but thenl reset itself the next time the car is started. I wouldn't long tolerate a repeat offender.
