funny thing is some poor slob that walks into that dealership will get banged out for those same added accessories.
All you guys buying on the East coast should take advantage of this months pricing you will get a hell of a deal this month. Especially in the regions mentioned above. Even in your area pricing will be better than the last couple of months.

For this car - basically if you give them first month plus fees up front (about 600 bucks) you are looking at 225-250 a month (not including tax) depending how well you can bargain. Good luck!
It does not matter what state your in.. You apply the same formula for leasing and buying. With leasing you need the right numbers for the lease Residual, money factor and cap cost etc. Then negotiating the lowest price for that vehicle, now work the lease numbers off that price is how you proceed. Some area's may be selling that model a little cheaper. Your states tax rate/ dmv fee's/ doc fee's is where states differ.
Again if your credit is not good you have to pay more.

I can provide you all the details. Good luck. My 2014 EX-L non navi price was 24900 after considering flex cash. For navi you could add the MRP difference and possibly negotiate further.
You were patient and I think the market moved to you with some of the new incentives in the background.
Enjoy your V6. It's a great car. My only sadness right now is that my poor car is sitting outside in 1 degree weather and looks like a dirty piece of cr*p with salt and ice and everything on it.
May I ask the name of the dealer please? Seems like you have a nice price quote. In the market for one as well.
Thanks.
MSRP for the LX w/CVT is $23,545 (price includes the destination fee)
Invoice price is $21,620 (price includes the destination fee)
Your quote sounds too good to be true (if the price does not include any incentives).
My friend who has the 4cyl. Exl accord has been telling me the car jerks around alot a lower speeds. He bought the car back to the dealership to get check out. i never followed up on what they did. i will look into it thou and post it.

Both include destination.
The dealer at Invoice+100 said they have flex cash, if the car is financed, bringing the price to invoice - 400.
With the additional incentive being offered this month, how much better do you think I'll be able to do? I'd love to see invoice - $500 AND then throw in the flex cash and other cash back incentives. Realistic?
It shouldn't matter on our negotiated price, but we also qualify for $500 new grad cash. :shades: . What do we show up with at purchase time to get that - a transcript?
What area are you looking to buy.

I need help they gave me a deal of Inv-300$ + Flex Cash of 500$ on Accord sport coming at 22200, do you guys think its good deal.
Thanks in advance.
BTW, how did you get to the price of $22,200?
Invoice pricing for the 2014 Sport model is $23,225 (including destination fee). Hence $300 below invoice would be $22,925. If you include the $500 flex cash (applied towards your down payment), that price drops to $22,425.
Are there any other incentives in that price you were quoted?
Do not worry about those dealer incentives, since they would not be passed on directly to customers. Your main focus is to negotiate the lowest price of the car with the techniques, and information found on this forum.
Your best bet might be to wait the last 2 days of the month, as suggested by Brian, and make a BUY NOW offer.
There is a wealth of information that should help you negotiate a good deal.
Pinstripes
Door Edge Guards
Wheel Locks
Mudguards
Cargo Tray
BTW, the destination fee should be $790 and not $830. What's the second or third best offer you have received?
Holler Honda, Winter Park - 27139.00
These prices included Destination Fee but the above offers are a couple of weeks old too.
Are you planning to buy a car in the next few days or weeks? When you are ready, you need to make an offer to BUY TODAY for $XXX.
There is a lot of good information on this forum on how to go about negotiating the best deal and not get screwed.
Price (including destination charge) $ 23,315.00
Documentation fee(s) (not gov't. fee) $ 80.00
Taxable Total: $ 23,395.00
8.00% Sales tax $ 1,871.60
Subtotal with taxes: $ 25,266.60
Registration (title) and license fees† $ 250.00
Additional Official fee: Tire Fee $ 37.75
FINAL PRICE $ 25,554.35
Is this a good price for the 2014 Honda Accord now? I didn't ask about the flex cash but will discuss it with them. Even w/o flex cash it is a deal worth going for? Thank you for any inputs.
I think even Connecticut folks (where virtually everything costs more) can get below 25,500. Problem is, you can't really tell who is truthful on these sites (freakonomics 101 - what's the incentive?).
Oh, and the dealers troll edmunds like flies on [non-permissible content removed]...looking for leads.
That's the human condition.
always beware of posters who claim they got great deals but offer no info/ dealership/ contact info. use these boards with judgement and common sense and you will be fine.

Im not sure what price Weymouth honda is using on your vehicle. I would check to see how much below invoice Weymouth is calculating on your model and use there numbers to get a similar deal by you. There is always some more room to negotiate off Weymouths number.
If your volume dealer wont match Weymouth website lease walk out but before going tell that dealer they need to match or beat for the sale on that day. Most if not all high volume dealerships will match Weymouth Honda website lease .......... Especially in late Dec.

Have you checked out Spreen? Staysi in Internet sales offered me an EX for $22,624. I posted her quoted prices back in November and they were honored for another member. Give her a call.
Good luck

Anybody knows good dealership (for good price) in Massachusetts
Looking for V6-EXL sedan

@rossm1
Try Honda Cars of Boston. They do not play games.
Have you reached out to any of the volume dealerships such as Herb Chambers or Boch Honda for pricing?
What happened to the spell check feature is it on this new format???
