GEO Tracker cold start

My 1994 GEO Tracker take several minutes to warm up when starting, even in warm weather. What is the problem and how do I remedy this. I have tried gas treatment which helped a little but it still does it.

    Sounds like the thermostat is stuck open.

    The thermostat is not the problem. Any other ideas?
