Mostly, you drive it with the gas pedal in the twisties--you need a bit of skill or you'll be in the weeds.
That's a favorite of mine, a Ferrari 2+2, either a 250GTE or a 330GTE. I think I can just about make out the headlight surround for a four headlight 330GTE like this one>
There was a two headlight version later in the production run, most people consider it better looking but IMO the 4 headlight car looks more the part of a luxury four-place Gran Turismo.
If I ever got to heaven (doubtful) I'd walk into a room of cars like that!

Not a fan of that era Buick--overly decorated IMHO, but good cars I think. I remember a friend when I was little whose parents had a '63 Electra 225...I loved that the radio said "Sonomatic" and the speedometer had a buzzer when the Dad exceeded 80. I remember hearing the buzzer once or twice!
For folks who like Buicks of that general era, probably my overall favorite flick, "Hush..Hush, Sweet Charlotte" with Bette Davis, Joseph Cotten, Olivia deHavilland, and Bruce Dern features a '64 Special and two different '64 Electra 225 six-window sedans, as well as a '64 Dodge Dart that is shown briefly as the Doctor's car!
RWD but no power, skip the Starbucks and save up to get a 510 instead.

The only thing I'm currently looking forward to is the 2-series, although changes are it will be overweight.
'11 GMC Sierra 1500; '08 Charger R/T Daytona; '67 Coronet R/T; '13 Fiat 500c; '20 S90 T6; '22 MB Sprinter 2500 4x4 diesel; '97 Suzuki R Wagon; '96 Opel Astra; '08 Maser QP; '11 Mini Cooper S
The X6 did so that probably emboldened them.

For a second I was excited, thinking there was a photo of a Studebaker here.
It really makes little sense with 60s American cars but "GT" is a sexy marketing term, so hey, why not?

Nothing wrong with a 4-door hatchback..

I quite agree (having owned three five door Saabs) but most of our fellow Americans do not like them. As for the 3-er GT, I'll reserve judgement til I see one, It could be quite nice in the right color.

My theory is that a "spider" horse carriage was configured to have the driver riding on a shelf at the back of the carriage, and that this is how actual creepy crawly spiders carry their young. :P

2X F430 (spider and coupe)
and a C6

Yup, precisely. The original Fiat 500 was the prewar Topolino ("Little Mouse") a front-engine RWD car, the Nuova 500 followed in 1957 using the then in vogue rear-engine RWD set up. The current Fiat 500 apes the styling of the '57 but uses a typical FWD chassis and, unlike the other two, displaces a lot more than 500cc.
I wonder how a Topolino styled Fiat 500 would sell?
