Ford Credit's current base lease rate and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2011 F-150 SuperCrew Platinum 4WD with 15,000 miles per year are 2.5% and 56%, respectively.
I don't believe that Ford is currently providing any cash incentives on leases of this truck right now.

Thanks for the information. This is in line with what the dealer told me. They are saying 2.25 for the interest rate so that is even better. Residual is 57% but that is for the 13.5k lease which is expected. I was able to get a great lease on this truck.

Do you have the 24/27 month lease rates for the F150 XLT 4WD and Lariat 4WD 5.0 with 15k miles per year?
Thanks
My name is Seni with Ford Customer Service. The information on lease rates is currently available at your local dealer, as it varies state to state. However, we would be happy to look up any lease incentives, in your local area. Please feel free to call the Ford Marketing Headquarters at 800-334-4375, at your convenience. You may also check out www.Ford.com/Incentives, for local incentives on all of your favorite Ford vehicles.

2011 4x4 F-150 Lariat, 36mo, 15k/year, MSRP about 47500. initial dealer quote was at 833, which shoudl be higher than MSRP. Reading the buy/sale pages it looks like we should be able to get it for 8-10K under MSRP, so if MF and residuals are similar to february (2.5% and 56%?) that would brign the lease to under 500, with fees/tax rolled in. is that reasonable?
the dealer instantly came down to 599/mo in his hard sell, but we didnt remember to ask to make sure he wasnt just raising a down payment.
I have spoke with two Ford dealers in NJ and I was told they do not offer leases for F-150 SVT Raptor. Do you have any info with regards to whether Ford Corp. not allowing leasing out SVT Raptor?
Much appreciate your input.
The residual value for a 36 month, 15,000 mile per year lease of a 2011 F-150 Super Cab 4WD is 56%.
The prices that you've seen mentioned for this truck might be slightly low because the customer cash that Ford is providing on it right now is not available on leases.

Any idea what the current lease rate is for a 2011 F150 Harley AWD, 12K miles, 36 or 39 mo. What, if any, incentives apply?
Thanks!
Do you have the numbers for a Supercab 4WD XLT on a 36/15k lease? I see in April they were 56% and 3.0%. Is the $1,000 incentive applicable to leases?
Thanks
Same question as above F150 Supercab 4wd XLT but looking for 10500 mile residual for 36mo.
Thanks in advance!

Would you please provide Ford Credit's current base lease rates and residual %'s for 24 & 36 month leases on a 2011 F-150 Super Crew for both 12K & 15K miles per year?
Would the $1,000 trade rebate (available on a purchase) apply? Are any other rebates available? My home is in the Asheville area of Western North Carolina.
The numbers for an otherwise identical 36 month lease are 1.25% and 56%.
If you were to lease with only 12,000 miles per year, the residual values would be 2% higher.
I believe that the trade-in bonus cash is compatible with this lease program.

What is the current lease rate and residual for the 2011 Ford F-150 FX4 4X4 Crew Cab?
24 months?
36 months?
10,000 miles
Zip 68516. Thanks.
Could you please provide me with the numbers on a 24 and 36 month lease with 12k per year on the above truck? Also, is there a 27 month lease?
Is there any lease cash or rebates that are available on a lease?
Thank you for the information.
36 months/10,500 per year, rolling $450 in negative equity on my trade.
$402 per month including 7% sales tax. MSRP was $43,765 after $1000 Lux Package Discount.
I'm satisfied but I think I could've got it to $390 if I pressed them. Less if I wouldn't have had negative trade equity.
Can you please tell me what your money factor and residual were? I'm shopping for an XLT SuperCab w/V8 and I'm having a difficult time finding the numbers.
I've received a quote of $523 a month including 6% tax on a 27 month lease w/10.5k a year on a truck with a $37k sticker so your deal sounds great to me.
Thank you.
It's been a minute since I've chatted with you last. You guys have helped me with 4 other deals in the past. This will be number 5 and a possible 6 shortly after this as my wife's lease has 9 mths left. Looking to possibly lease my next F-150. Not sold on the idea yet as I bought my last F-150 and kept it for 7 years, but I will run the numbers and see what makes sense. I looking at a 2012 F-150 Platinum with the following options:
6-1/2’ Box, 5.0L V8, 4X4
3.55 Electronic Locking Axle
Lariat Premium Discount Package
White Platinum Metallic
Power Moonroof
Box Side Steps
Skid Plates
Tailgate Step
All Weather Rubber Floor Mats
Navigation
Pricing came out as the follows:
Base MSRP $48,370
Total Options $3,915
Incentives $0
MSRP $53,280
Can you please tell me what the current residual and mf are on a 36 month lease with 15k miles and a 36 month lease with 12k miles? Thanks.
I would also be interested in feedback from anyone that has recently purchased a 2012. I see talk of around 10k of MSRP prices but I am assuming that just applies to 2011’s. What are deals looking like for the 2012’s?
I am looking into taking over the lease of a 2008 F-150 Lariat 4x4. The lease was done in march 2008 for 60 months with 60,000 mile allotment. My question is about the residual value. Do you know what that would have been for a 60 month lease in 2008? Also, how does the purchase at the end of the lease work in relation to the residual value?
Thank you.

Please post current lease information on 2012 F150 4x4 lariat and fx4 crew cab. Looking at 36 months and 15k a year. Thanks
I live in the Cincinnati area and I am looking for the numbers for an XLT SuperCrew- 4x4 and a Lariat SuperCrew 4x4, both 2012. 36 months - 12,000 per year.
I really appreciate any info that you can provide. I am hoping to move quickly.
I'm looking for the same numbers as the previous post. Also, can you please tell me what incentives are available, dealer cash, etc.?
I helped my Dad with a lease last year on the F-150 and the sweet spot was a 27 month lease. Is there currently a sweet spot?
Thank you!
There's a ton of cash incentives on F-150s that consumers pay cash for or finance, but I don't think that there's anything on leased F-Series models.

The upgrades of the 2013 over the 2012 is the higher trims get HID head lamps which I found to be awesome, the front grille is redesigned and the interior lcd screen on higher trims is larger its now 8 inch. There may be some stuff I am missing but thats the main changes
The numbers for an otherwise identical 36-month lease are 2.75% and 63%.

Thanks for your help. Obviously I can as a dealer this question as well, but I hate looking like a tool when I'm going to buy something. I like as much information as I can get before going in. My last couple of cars that I've bought or leased have been pretty smooth because I've had the information before heading in. Thanks again!
I'm looking at leasing a '13 FX4 ecoboost, when I was at the dealer yesterday I feel like I wasn't getting the correct answer on the money factor. I was around 16k for the difference between truck OTD to the 62% residual rate. The money factor for my tier shown on fords sheet was at 2.5% for 36mos. They kept coming out with a monthly payment of around 530/month. When I calculate that, that's an interest rate of 12% so I walked. Am I missing something or are they trying to really screw me. The sales manager says he doesn't know how they get the numbers that's just what the computer spits out.
At the start of the lease, you borrow the purchase price, and pay that down to the residual amount, over the term of the lease.

The lease rates for the 4WD are the same, but the residual value is 2% higher, at least partially offsetting the cost of getting 4WD so you may want to consider going that route.

This is my first lease prospect -- never done it before.. I'm in NY - Sales Tax is 8.625%
Can qualify for student graduate (earned MS in Aug 2011) as well as same-house lease incentive.
Thanks,
Rick

Doc Fee: $75.00 - Upfront: YES
Monthly Payment: $459.04
For the life of me, I cannot figure out how this monthly payment was obtained. The only thing I can think of is the dealer calculated the payment with the tax rolled into the financing of the lease -- that gets me close to the value. Also believe acquisition fee was rolled into the financing as well..
Any ideas? Help would be appreciated. NY is a complicated state when it comes to taxes on leases.
