Forgot to mention they also waived the last 3 payments of my previous lease.

Who is the dealer in pa? I'm trying to work a deal right now? Although your msrp seems a little low to include all that. Sounds like a great deal

In New York, just turned in my 2009 G37x + Premium (no nav), 3 months early with no penalty, and the termination fee was waived. The incentives and deals are really good right now. I also qualified for $1,000 Lease Loyalty.

Just signed a lease for a brand new 2013 G37x + Premium + Nav, 24 months, 12,000 miles per year, $369 per month taxes included, Sign and Drive. Only paid first month plus $243 in DMV and some fees and taxes. Total OTD was $612, and now I'm paying $369 per month.

Felt I could have haggled for a few bucks less, but at $369 for that vehicle, I felt I was getting a more than fair deal. Easiest car I've ever leased or purchased.....did everything over e-mail and telephone and was in and out of dealership within an hour.

In Westchester, NY, looking at leasing a 2013 G37X with Nav and Premium package. Dealer will buy out my 2010 coup with 6 months left at no cost. Out the door for $2800 all in and monthly payment of $479. Based on what I have seen on these posts, seems way too high and should ask for a low $400 payment. Thoughts? Thanks.
  • paperboycccpaperboyccc Member Posts: 93
Wait 3 months - Infiniti will buy out your last 3 months. the dealer doesn't actually do it at no cost. They put the cost elsewhere in the deal.
  • larrys8larrys8 Member Posts: 36
I have 60k miles on my 2010. Turning in for 2013 prem nav wood tire kick plates trunk stuff and daytime lamps for first month due at signing of 499 plus take last six months of lease. They wanted 2k at sign. I said no way. You should be able to get close. There are a ton of Gs out there and they want to move them. Good luck. I keep thinking I could do a little better. After they saw miles they wanted 2k down and 515. I said under 500 and nothing down.

I have been gettin calls and emails lately aswell, I have a 2010 G37navi with less then 30k miles. My lease ends in June i think and am honestly thinkin of extending my lease a few months depdng on when the Q50 comes out an dhow much they want to jack the price up in the beginning. i got my 1st G35 close to the beginning of release and almost payed 600 a month, my current lease is at 475 for almost same car. Could have lept early last year for 2 years on a 2012 but then i would have lost the 99 discs i have saved on my harddrive, wasnt worth the heartache for the same car :)

"Wait 3 months - Infiniti will buy out your last 3 months. "

Not always the case. There are times that Infiniti will waive the last 3 months of a lease to lease a new car, there are other times like Feb/Mar in 2012 where they waived the last 6 months. But most of the time they don't waive anything but the lease turn in fee and $500 of damage/excess miles

Agreed that they don't always do it. They seem to be offering the last 3 months to everyone this year.

I hear you, the Q50 does look awesome and it's always intriguing to have the latest and greatest. But the prices that they are leasing the remaining '13s are unprecedented. Plus the terms are typically only 24 months, so you can wait and see how the Q50 does and always lease one in 2 years, or even 21 months if they let you out early.

    Hi Car Man

Can you please provide money factor and residual for March, 2013 for G37 Sedan & Coupe Journey w/ Sport. 12k/15k miles. Also is Infiniti still providing $2500 in dealer cash to dealers in March? Appreciate your help!

Long island NY. It was a waiting game, negotiated a bit and then walked out 10 days ago.. got a call back last day of the month and finalized that deal. I'm certainly thrilled about it. What do you think?
  • dnissan32dnissan32 Member Posts: 6
I know the g37xs coupe had. $1750 rebate plus $1000 loyalty for Feb 2013. I was wondering if the programs are the same for March this month? What's the current rebates/incentives for a 2013 g37xs coupe 24 months? Thanks appreciate it
  • siraskalotsiraskalot Member Posts: 10
Theyre crooks in westchester! head down to the north shore of long island. See my deal above, work for something in that range!

Hey guys. I have a 2011 Nissan Altima that I bought new a couple of years ago. I'm thinking of trading it in and getting a 2013 G37. The lease deals are amazing right now. It would be roughly $2500-3000 down and then about $250-300/month. I living in the Boston, MA area. Is that worth it or should I wait until the Q50 comes out?

My Altima is fully loaded and has many of the features that the G37 has but driving an Infiniti would be worth it!
  • siraskalotsiraskalot Member Posts: 10
Take that $3000 in the form of a check. Have them deduct your DMV Fees and first mont's payment! You can get a sign and drive lease on a fully loaded G for roughly 340-350 a month without anything down.
  • sidbahlsidbahl Member Posts: 5
Good point. I'd rather keep my payment around $250/month though. Do you think it's worth it or should I wait until the Q50 comes out?
  • kingpcgeekkingpcgeek Member Posts: 1,051
Any leasing expert will tell you do not do a cap cost reduction to lower your payment. You risk losing some or all of your cap reduction as soon as your drive off the lot if your car is totaled or stolen. Insurance companies only pay for the market value of a lost or stolen car, and the depreciation starts as soon as the tires hit the road with you behind the wheel.

If you are worried about higher payments take the money that you would have put down to cut the payment in a savings account. If and when you need to make a lower car payment take some of the money out of savings to help with the payment.

Better idea: use however much of the $3000 is leftover after paying registration & first month's payment and use it for up to 9 multiple security deposits. You save a lot on your monthly payment AND get the money back at the end of your lease.

Does anyone know the money factor for a G37 Journey, 24 month lease?
  • sergeymsergeym Member Posts: 283

All leases are like that. I mean they all have bank/acq and disposition fees. All amounts must be disclosed.
  • sharkyziffsharkyziff Member Posts: 15
    Carman,

I heard residuals went up a little and money factor got a little worse for March with IMF.

    I need residual and MF for G37x, 36 & 39 months, 15k for both.

My local Infiniti dealer says their 39 month leases always look better. Need to confirm.

    Thanks in advance!
  • dnissan32dnissan32 Member Posts: 6
Whats up guys. Is there still $1750 customer cash and $1000 loyalty on the g37xs coupe for march?? Dealer in NY is hassling me saying there's no rebates on the coupe anymore...that its just $1000 loyalty towards cap cost reduction. Thanks for any help

How are you figuring the $2000? $1000 customer cash and $1000 owner loyalty?
  • dnissan32dnissan32 Member Posts: 6
That also says for Illinois. Idk if it differs from NYC. Also what's the difference between the $2500 Dealer cash and the $1000 lease cash? Thanks
  • sharkyziffsharkyziff Member Posts: 15
    I guess I should clarify:

    2013 G37x Sedan
    Need Residual and MF, 36 & 39 months, 15K.

For 36 months I was quoted,
    58% residual, .00033 MF

Need to confirm 36 & 39 rates as I only hvae one Infiniti dealer in town.

    Thank you!

2013 GLx with Premium, Navigation, and Interior Accents Package
    39 months, 12,000 miles at $289/month with $1495 down + fees

Also, are bank acquisition or document fees negotiable at all?

I am currently getting quotes in the range of $320 - $350 for 2013 G37 Sedan - Premium + Nav; Interior accents package with $1,000 down (including 1st Month's Pmt + Fees+Taxes); 12,000 miles; 24 month lease. Follow these threads for any time and you will know that Car Man won't tell you how good a deal is without knowing the MSRP and Selling Price. That is the only way to tell a lease deals worthiness when every person has different fees than are rolled into and paid up front on a lease.

I have picked up a lot of valuable information on this web site and as a result I was able to get a real good deal on my 2013 G37 AWD Sedan. This deal is pretty close to the Infiniti VPP (Vehicle Purchase Program). Also bare in mind that dealers are in the business to make money to stay afloat. I was confident that I could squeeze a few more dollars out...as another dealer is willing to beat it. But I feel good with the Sales Mgr. direct, quick, honest approach, so I gave him the business. I also end up getting two cars from him, one for my friend.

We drove 250 miles, four hours away to pick the cars. No surprise, smooth transaction, as we agreed and out of there in 2 1/2 hrs. The cool part is we were treated like VIP.

    Here is the detail:

    Vehicle: 2013 G37X AWD Sedan Journey $38,950
    Options: Premium Pkg. 2,500
    Splash Guard 185
    Cargo Mat/Net/ FA Kit 200
    Illum. Kick Plate 370
    Wheel Locks 130
    Nitro Tires 70
    Destination 905
    MSRP: $43,110

Sale Price: (about 16% off) $36,315

    TTL & Fees: 3% Tax 1,095
    Title, Reg. 250
    Acquisition Fee 700
    Process sing Fee 200

    Gross Cap Reduction: $38,560 (OTD)

    Lease Detail:

$350/ mo for 24, 10K/yr., no money down, collect first payment only at signing.
Money Factor: .00043 (Two years interest $16.57)
    Residual: 70% ($30,177)

The dealers name is JBA Infiniti at Ellicott, MD. Ask for Sales Mgr. Ricky T, Sales Associates for delivery...ask for Tyrone C. (as per agreement here in the forum no last name allowed). Mention my name to them-Reggie from Virginia Beach. I am not getting anything from them, I was treated correctly by them and I just want to give them some business. Also just want to help here for the prospective G37 owner.

I am going to say this… G37 is a good bang for your buck compare to MB C Class, Audi A4, BMW 3 series & Lexus IS. By the way I get 28.08 miles per gal. on an unbroken engine on the highway & the car is a blast to drive...lots of power!

    Cheers,
    Reg
