I am looking to lease a 2013 C250 coupe. The MSRP of what I am looking at is +/- 42,000. Tax in my state is a one-time fantastic $300. What residual and money factor am I looking at for 24m, 36m @ 15k miles a year? Will Mercedes go as high as 18k miles a year? (if so, what residual applies there?)
  • agilitycontrolagilitycontrol Member Posts: 2
    Car Man,

1.) My W204 arrives in December, with your experience is MB expected to offer Conquest in December?

2.) Is the Money Factor negotiable? If so do you have any strategies?

    Thanks in advance,

Anyone knows the C300 24 months 1 pay lease money factor and residual numbers as well as the auto pay numbers?
  • agilitycontrolagilitycontrol Member Posts: 2
I didn't know there is a different MF for the single payment lease.... Hmmm yeah, what would be the difference.

I have all options on the table too, I'm going in pre qualified for my loan hopefully this will provide negotiating leverage.

I'm just curious, do you just drive to the train station & back & maybe use the car mostly on weekends? Do you mostly work from home or really close to your office? Like I said, I'm just curious more than anything. I got a car in March (8 1/2 months) and have close to 14,000 miles already.

Did you lease the car? If so can you tell me your experience? how much is your total out of pocket and your monthly payment please. Mercedes C300 4matic 24 months 10k per year
  • hall77hall77 Member Posts: 2
Hi Car man. I need your help. I am trying to lease a c300 4matic. Can you please give me an idea of how much should be the total out of pocket more or less with a payment of 379 per month. Lease for 24 months, 10k per year.
I have an offer for 379 with 3500 total out of pocket on a msrp $43780. Dealer states that they will make my payments.
I still have 6 payments left on a 2010 Prius of $249 totalling 1494. The total payoff of my car is 18080. I have been told that it is better to work with my payments since current condition and mileage of my car will be about 16300.

Can you please give me an idea of a fair deal?

    Thank you

Here you go George. Mercedes-Benz Financial's December buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 24-month lease of a 2013 C300 Sport 4Matic with 7,500 miles per year [wow there's a lot of requests on here for 7,500 mile per year residual values...don't people drive any more ;)] are .00087 and 73%.

The money factors are the same for all terms. The 30-month residual is 68%. The 36-month residual is 63%.

There's $2,000 Winter Event dealer csh certificates floating around out there on this car.

Hey truetao. Mercedes-Benz Financial charges a base acquisition fee of $795 on every vehicle that it leases. That fee cannot be waived, but anything above that is the dealer trying to pad its profits and can usually be avoided or at least looked at as part of your vehicle's total selling price.

The money factor that you posted is correct.

No problem chester97. Dealers will likely be pretty anxious to move vehicles towards the end of this month. If you're in an area that has a decent level of competition, shoot for a selling price of $500 or so over dealer invoice minus the $2,000 Winter Event Certificate and see what happens.

Just signed papers on a C250 with P01 and Multimedia package for $343/mo. MSRP was $41,870. Don't usually like such a long term but plan to turn in early anyway. $1000 was total out of pocket, so included tax, title, etc and 1st pmt. ">Transferred a tag too which helped a bit.
  • sotampacanesotampacane Member Posts: 6
Based on the messages I am reading here and the deal I just got on a C250 Luxury they are leasing cars about 5K below invoice. I don't know exactly why they are doing this, but December must be a great time to lease. The MSRP on the car I leased was about $44,300 but with the residual and MF the price paid was mid 35's. And the lease price included 3 years of prepaid maintenance plus I was able to sign and drive with -0- OOP and only 35 more payments to make (low 400 was the all in lease price per month)
  • mortiennemortienne Member Posts: 30
Seriously? Based on the (rough) numbers you posted, it should work out to around $340 per month before tax with a true $0 down ($795 acquisition plus TTL rolled in).
  • CarMan@EdmundsCarMan@Edmunds Member Posts: 38,514
