I currently have a 2006 ML350 AMG Package lease (paying in the low 600's) that is ending in Oct 09. The dealer is offering me the following proposed new lease to get me out of the current lease: Note that the dealer included the 2000.00 MB cash back, and took another $1000.00 off from invoice to bring it down to selling price of 48400. The lease payment is $659.00 per month, 48 months @ 12,000 miles per year. Let me know if it's a good deal.
Equipment:
Blk on Blk
M-B Tex
Premium 1 package
Lighting package
Appearance package
Heated Front seats
MSRP: 54445
Selling price after discounts: 48400 + tax
Total out of pocket: 2172.00
Out-of-pocket includes aquis fees, 1st mo, and upfront fees.
Residual (base) 36.00
Total Residual $20,689.10
Let me know what you think.
Thanks!
3 year 15000miles MSRP $62000. purchase price approx.$55000. Have owned BMW's before may try MB this time around.....IMHO....better cargo space in the ML. Thanks
Your calculation does not seem to be true because the current lease programs all over Mercedes benz website and at the dealerships are 549.00 per month for 48months for a ML 350 automatic with only 10,000 mile per year with over $5,000.00 down. I would love for the deal to be 549.00. However ther are no known programs at mercedes benz finance with payments for $549 plus taxes and fees for 48 months with15,000 miles and $2100.00 out of pocket on a vehicle with an original msrp of $54450.00. If there is one, please give me the dealship info.
$48400 + $23955 = $72355 / .00050 = $ 36.
$ 509 + 36 = $ 545 for a 48 month least at 15k per year. All fees and taxes extra.
Run the numbers , I may have miscalculated. Forget about so called programs -- you have all the numbers to run the lease. It is what it is.

I contacted local dealer in Lincoln and he gave me a totally different money factor and residual for a 2009 ML 350 48 m / 15 k lease than what you have mentioned in your posts. He gave me a 0.00050 / 36% whereas you have posted a figure of 0.00050/44% for a 48 mth lease at 15 k miles per year. Kindly let me know whats the right value and if your value is right, how do I prove to dealership that they are giving me an inflated value. Sales mgr also told me that he will write to edmunds that they are posting a wrong lease value but I told him that my reliability factor on car man is much more and I have tested in my previous two leases.
Thanks, Rahul
2009 ML320 BlueTec
Black/Black M-B Tex
H04 Maple wood trim
P02 package
324 Sunroof
550 Trailer Hitch
873 Heated Front seats
MSRP (incl delivery): 57,475.
Selling price: 47,900.
The selling price seems high; I want to make a counter-offer: what would be a good, aggressive number? 44K? 42K?
Also, I haven't told them yet, but once we settle on a price I will ask them to structure a lease. Are there any specials on the 2009 BTC models going on right now?
Thanks!
Naveen.

The question on this deal is how much of an additional discount should you be getting for going with a demo model that already has over three thousand miles on it. The problem that I personally have with demos is that dealers never seem to be willing to discount what to me is essentially a low mileage used vehicle enough for me to personally justify going with one over an equivalent brand new model. I personally would want at least an additional $2,000 discount to go with this truck over a non-demo and I highly doubt that the dealer would be willing to cut its price by that much. Your threshold for going with a demo may be different.

I'm thinking I can get slightly better at San Jose or at Pleasanton, CA.

let me know what you think
Please post money factor and residual for August for 2009-2010ML350 4Matic. I'm interested to get 36 months lease with 10K. Any incentives? Thanks, Alex!

Here is the specs:

I dont know the interest rate which I see people post here

$679.92 total monthly payment (35 times thereafter)
Is this an incredible deal? God enough to take a car that is not my first choice in color both interior and exterior?
Thanks in advance...
Jordan :confuse:
2) Also, does the p1 package come with the glove compartment iPod adapter? Or is that an upgrade above and beyond the P1?
3) How much is it to have the brushed aluminum running boards installed after market?
IPOD adapter in glove is included in P1.

Mercedes is providing a $2,000 cash incentive on leases of the '09 model, but nothing in the way of cash on the '10.

can you pls post the lease numbers for 12000 mile, 36 month lease for 2009 ML 350 and 2010 Mercedes ML 350. Want to compare deal between the two.
Thanks Rahul
MSRP: 54,000
*i get a 3k fleet incentive
Cap Cost: 47,700
MF .00102
Residual 54%
$5,114 + motor vehicle fees down
36 months w/ 12k/yr PMT=550, including tax
what should i shoot for my payment to be?
When negotiating your lease on the 2010 model, make sure to take advantage of the $2,000 dealer cash that is currently available on leases of it.
If you decide to go with a leftover '09, you can use the $6,000 dealer cash that MB is providing on it to your advantage.

MSRP - $53,205
Invoice - $50, 142
USAA price - $47,142
Dealer states this is $700 over invoice
3 year, 12k miles
$1500 down - includes first month, tax , title etc.
Lease price $719 plus tax = $762 delivered to house.
Any comments. Thank you.
Just was quoted today for ML350, P1, heated seats, running boards 640.00 with no cap cost, just first month and taxes.
My 2007 E350 w4 still has 4 payments left which they will eat.
Hope it helps.
in regards to post #394 I have a question for you. Why you are suggesting to go over invoice for $500- $1000 while Overstock deals offer up to $600 bellow invoice on ML350 2010 models?
Do you suggest to go over $500 -$1000 Edmunds, dealers or Overstock's invoice Overstock' invoice includes dealer's regional and ad fees. Are these fees negotiable?
Does $2000 lease credit applies to anyone? or only to their current customers?
Do you think they would cover my Audi A6 2 remaining lease payments?
Sorry for so many questions
Thank you in advance
Also, is there still a $2,000 cash incentive like last month or has that changed?
TIA
Looks like $2000 rebate on 2010 models is still available. What lease numbers do you currently get for ML350? I'm on a market for ML350 4MATIC
it seems like dealers are willing to sell them bellow invoice (before rebate) Any comments?
Thanks
What concerns me is that I really want P2 because for '10 they moved the harmon/kardon system to P2. Problem is it seems like Mercedes only ships ML's with P2 that are fully loaded with just about every package/option. I can build a P2 I want on the benz site for under 54 but any P2 I've heard of that are at dealerships are almost 58.
Comments?
If you can't find exact configuration, that you are looking for - you can ask Dealer to build a car to your exact specification, but you have to wait for it about 6 to 8 weeks.
Hope it helps.
Is there an extra charge to custom build a car?
Yes, the $2,000 cash incentive on leases through MB Finance that I mentioned is available on all deals.
I'm sure that you would be able to find a Mercedes dealer that was willing to make your final two payments on your Audi for you, but nothing in this world is free. Having them make your last payments will hamper your ability to get the best possible deal on your new vehicle. I personally would wait until the scheduled end of my current lease to get something new.

Just my 2 cents do not go over invoice of $500 or $1000. Right now with this economy they are willing to sell bellow invoice. After your comment I 100% agree with you on waiting for 2 more month to payoff your lease first and have better room to negotiate. Otherwise they will include these 2 payment into your ML lease...
It just still unclear what invoice we should follow Edmunds or dealers? practically all dealers say Edmund's invoice is incorrect...
Anyone can share their ML 2010 buying experience? what quotes do you get?
Jayrider, I have 2 month left on my 3 year 2007 Q7 lease with 12k millage. Yes, 12k. residual value at the end of my lease is $32k. Do you think I have any advantages by returning my leased Audi to Mercedes with such low millage and get ML? or first return the vehicle directly to Audi and then get ML?
I would appreciate any comments
Thanks a lot
