Can you please provide the MF for the limited 2.5 w/ moonroof buy rate MF and residuals for 36 and 42 months at 10 and 12k I also take it that you advise against considering 24 months, right?
My only concern with 42 months is that it's outside the 36k warranty.
Appreciate your help
Can you please provide the MF and residual value for a 2012 Outback Premium 2.5 w/ the all weather package for January 2012? I am looking at a 39 and 42 month lease with 15k miles. MSRP is $28,062 with a sales price of $26,163.
I am getting quoted at $401 a month (not including tax) and $0 down on a 39 month lease - is this in line with the January numbers? Thanks!
Thank you so much!
Chase's January buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2012 Outback 2.5 Limited with 12,000 miles per year are .00095 and 51%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.
The numbers for an otherwise identical 42-month lease are .00115 and 49%.
If you were to lease with only 10,000 miles per year, the above residual values would be 1% higher.

I haven't worked up a payment for the exact vehicle that you're interested in, but $400 per month is about right for a Premium Outback right now.

The numbers for an otherwise identical 39-month lease are .00095 and 48%.
The numbers for the 2012 Outback 3.6 Limited are .00105 / 51% and .00105 / 49%.

Would you please share the 2012 March money factor and residual value for a 2012 3.6R Outback Limited, with Moonroof, no nav --- 36 month, 10k and 12k miles/yr?
Thank you!
If Subaru offers 10,000 miles per year, its residual value for that term would be 1% higher.

My dealer told me MF of .00190 and residual of 57%. MF seems high to me. What are the numbers for top tier credit? Thanks.

Also, the dealers are offering '0%' financing. My understanding is that MF x 2400 = interest rate. Does that mean the money factor on a lease is going to be 0?
thanks much
I really appreciate your input.
