I just took delivery of a '14 S60 T6 AWD Premiere PLUS w/Sports Package 2 weeks ago tomorrow. I have a 39 month lease for 10k miles per year. I paid $1,700 down and my monthly payment is $489/month. The sticker was approximately $38k.

Considering you have a shorter term, more miles and $0 down I think that sounds like a good deal.

Anyone else care to share their opinion? Not only on the original post but mine as well.

just took delivery, 2013 s60 premier with climate package and BLIS, remote start MSRP 37,444 for o down $390 month , volvo paying 1st 3 months, 24 months. 0 out of pocket, probably could have even gotten it for slightly less, can't really beat this deal anyway on any competitive car.

Hi, i've never done a lease before and was given the below terms - is this a good deal?

t5 platinum, tech, blis, active headlights, wood inlay - getting at invoice of 41,265 (are people getting below invoice like truecar says?)

69.2 residual
mF .00022 (this might go down)

24/12k
4K down

comes to $488.

I'm leasing primarily bc i need a car now but really want to own the 4 cyl engines

Is this on a 2013 or 2014? I'd need some more details such as your state and tax rate, but if I plug your #'s in a lease calculator, if you are truly putting down 4,000 at signing, I'd expect to be closer to $415 assuming you have top tier credit, even on a 2014. As for the price used on the lease, invoice on a 2014 isn't terrible, but you may be able to knock off another $600. If you are talking a 2013, you should be able to get well under invoice.

Today I also learned that they are charging me a $1K fee, in addition to $250 registration and $60 title.

Is that size of fee standard? Would a great deal get it removed?

Is it the acquisition fee? The base acquisition fee for Volvo Finance is $695.. Not sure if dealer is allowed to mark that up, but if they are $200-$300 markup is typical...

Can't get around the acquistion fee, but you can ask them to not mark it up... Most dealers that mark up that fee also mark up the money factor..

Santa Monica Volvo. I live in Las Vegas and had called Culver City volvo who gave a good price right off the bat, I went there first and almost bought from them, but just decided to take a look at the Selection at Santa Monica with respect to colors and options. You should probably go to Culver City first, and if you don't buy from them, tell SM what price you were quoted. I really came
to LA with the intention of buying a preowned Audi A4 or leasing a new one, but couldn't make the deal, i think i got alot more car for the money with the S60.

Finally got our new s60 at culvercityvolvo. Tony and Rich are very nice people. We had very good exprience there. Definitly recommend people go there.

Awesome info here! Looking at leasing a 2014 s60 premier plus with a credit score of 815 here in HI. What MF and residual should I be looking for (36/39/42mo lease)? MSRP of 38k, should I be looking at cutting a deal somewhere around 35k?

MF is .00053 for 36/39 months, and .00078 for 42 months.

Residual is 55% / 52% / 51% for 36/39/42 months for the T5 FWD Premier Plus (15K miles - add 2% for 12K)

$1500 lease cash is also available.

I'm not in the market for an S60, so I don't know what selling prices you should target.

Also I got the following lease quotes and was curious if these are decent offers based on what others have seen:
2015 S60 T-5 Premier
$1054 due at signing, $413/month plus tax

2015 S60 T-5 Premier Plus (includes BLIS system)
$1080 due at signing, $438/month plus tax

Any changes to MF and residuals in May? Am I correct in saying that a 2015 for 24 months is the best deal right now? Lastly, what should I expect as a discount off MSRP right now? Thanks.

The 24 month looks good, if you get a big discount from MSRP, but otherwise, the 36 month program will still likely be cheaper.

Tell us which model and term, and we can give you numbers.

This is the best I have been able to do so far. Trying to get down to $350. Not sure if it possible.

39 months, 12K miles, $393/mo., only first month and CT Reg at signing (about $600)

They are taking about $4500 off MSRP

We would need both the original MSRP and the selling price to be able to evaluate the deal.

Looked at a lot of different makes this week and went with the S60. Best car I drove (TSX, Audi A3, VW, G37). Most comfortable, best MPG. Plus, ended up being by far the best lease.

2015 S60 FWD T5 E-Drive
MSRP: Just over $38,000
Selling Price: $33,800
MF: .00001 (which was the key)
Residual: 70% (12K miles)
Total At Signing: $1000 (first month, tags and about $400 in CCR)
Payment: $330 for 24 months

Includes: $750 conquest rebate

I recommend an S60 for sure at these kind of numbers

.00050 MF and 58% residual. 39 month residual is 2% less, but money factor is the same.

Thanks a lot. Looks like Volvo dealers does not want to sell cars. I was offered lease deal of $1500 down and $655 monthly payments at 2 dealers with employee pricing for 36 month\12K lease.

I have Volvo Employee pricing(A Plan) which lets me get the car for invoice price. When I use your numbers the number I am getting is around $510 with 0 down for a car with list price of $48575. Thanks a lot for the information. Really appreciate it.
