Just received price quote for RDX base model
MSRP$33330
Price quoted $31112 +TTL
think to lease it for 36 months and received the quote for $355 + tax per month with
56% residual and 0.00096.

Thank you for your help

Today is May 18, I know they are running a special on their FWD, but I live in the North east, would prefer the AWD option
Do you think this is this a good deal?
I was wondering if you could tell me the MF and residual for a 2010 RDX with 12K and 15K and 36 month lease - SH-AWD version.
Thanks!

The residual value for an otherwise identical lease with only 12,000 miles per year would be 2% higher.

Thanks -
I'm looking for the residual percentages for an AWD RDX (No tech package) for 10K, 12K and 15K miles. I understand that the money factor is .00085. Want to make sure the dealer is correctly reporting the percentages (attempting to roll over unused miles from a prior Acura lease). He has told us the residual was .54 for a 10K lease - found that strange since the FWD RDX (no tech) seems to be .57 for a 10K lease.
Thank you in advance -tiger.
Through July 6th, Honda Finance's buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2010 Acura RDX AWD with 15,000 miles per year are .00086 and 54%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top aka "Super Preferred" credit tier.
The residual value for a lease with only 12,000 miles per year would be 2% higher and the 10k resid would be 3% higher than the 15k residual.
I'm looking for the residual percentages for an 2010 AWD RDX ( tech ) for 10K, 12K and 15K miles. I understand that the money factor is .00086. Thanks!
If you would rather pay money at lease signing for some reason, the money factor increases to .00086.
Acura's lease program on this truck is better than this in California.
If you were to lease with only 12,000 miles per year, its residual values would be 2% higher. Its 10k resids are 3% higher.

Could you please post the current Acura Financial lease money factor and residual value percentage for a 2010 AWD Non-Tech RDX for 36 months and 12k miles?
Thank you very much!
Honda Finance's August buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a base 2011 Acura RDX with 10,000 miles per year are .00190 and 59%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top aka "Super Preferred" credit tier.

I'm looking for august money factors and residuals on a 2010 fwd RDX with tech on a 3 yr, 15k yr lease.
Also, do any forum members have any recommendations between fwd and sh-awd. I live in so-cal and the vehicle is for my wife. We might take it to the mountains once or twice over the 3 years so I don't think the awd is worth it. Correct me if I'm wrong.
THANK YOU!!
I want to make sure that what they'll discount on their price quote does not get added to the residual some how.
Thanks!
Honda Finance's August buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a base 2010 Acura RDX in California with 15,000 miles per year are .00036 and 53%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier and opt to go with a nothing due at signing lease.

$420/month payment
36 months
$0 walk off
10k miles/year
MSRP: $33,3800 (including destination)
Net Cap Cost: $33,141.17 (includes $595 acquisition fee)
purchase option at end of lease is $18,692 (is this the same as residual?)
Is this a good deal? They don't list the money factor or residual on the site.
Thank you!
I am looking to lease, in Oklahoma, a SH AWD RDX with tech and navigation (MRSP $37,000 approx.) for 36 months with 12K miles a year. I want to put nothing down. The advertised offers are for the base model. It will be wonderful to know the following: What is the residual for this model for 10K and 12K miles? Is there some incentive I could use to negotiate on the price? Is a lease quote of $575 fair? Best regards.
Current MDX Lessee
I'm looking to lease a 2011 Acura RDX AWD w/ Tech. MSRP is $38,580. Anyone have money factor, resid value figures that would help me out?
Thanks!
If I was in the market for this vehicle right now, I personally would shoot for a price of more along the lines of $500 to $1,000 over invoice.

In your area right now Honda Finance's buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2010 Acura RDX SH AWD with Tech and 12,000 miles per year are .00126 and 51%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top aka "Super Preferred" credit tier and go with nothing due at lease signing.
When negotiating your deal, make sure to take advantage of the $1,000 cash incentive that Acura is currently providing on this model.

This program is good for everywhere but California, where it was enhanced slightly.
Good luck in your quest for a new RDX, lchillin24. Make sure to let us all know how everything turns out.
