Hi nostaljack. The $2,500 cash incentive that is available on 36-month leases of this truck right now is being paid for by General Motors. This is a national promotion that does not vary by region.

The $1,500 incentive that you've seen mentioned is for straight cash purchases, not leases.

Hey nostaljack. Ally's June base lease rate and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2013 GMC Acadia SLT2 with 15,000 miles per year are 1.5% and 56%.

The numbers for the Denali are the same.

Car-Man and anyone else....I've been back and forth with this dealer over a lease payment...

    Basically,

    AWD SLT-1
    39 months
    15,000 miles per year
    $2,000 down total
Negative equity on my trade-in of $1,600

$475 per month....i'm trying to get him down further.

Do I have a good deal here?

    Thanks

    I'm in the same position:
SLT-1 Acadia with NAV and no sunroof/DVD, etc and in iridium (ie non premium color).
    10k miles/yr for 39 months
    MSRP: 43,470
$1,000 upfront (incl 1st months payment), then $469/month.
    6.35% CT taxes...

Seems like with your $400 net down, and getting 15k/yr, you're slightly better than mine...I think we both have some room because I got this deal down before I've even entered the lot.

Picked up a 2013 Acadia Denali a couple of weeks ago... first time leasing. Pretty much fully loaded minus rear seat entertainment (kids are in their 20's now)!

Got $10K on my trade in.
Managed about $2K off the sticker (was 47K or so to start).
Got $2,500 off thanks to GM lease promo.
    39 months @ 12K/yr
    Monthly payment of $264

It had 300 miles on it, as it had been a golf tournament vehicle - but in perfect shape.

To me, at least, this seems like a good deal. I told the salesperson "I'd be stupid not to take this deal"! He thanked me and said he's been waiting years for someone to tell him that... :)

Just a question. You applied the 10K you got on the trade in to the lease?
  • gatrnolgatrnol Member Posts: 2
    Yes, that's correct.

Just leased at June month-end black/black SLT-1 AWD Acadia with NAV (no sunroof) @ following terms:

    MSRP: $43,970
    Selling Price: $40,370
Gross Cap Cost: $40,970 ($600 Ally Bank fee)
Net Cap Cost: $38,470 ($2,500 GM cash incentive)
    39 month, 10k/yr lease
$442/month with $1,000 due at signing (includes 1st month payment of $442) net of all taxes/fees. I live in CT so 6.35% tax rate applied. I had no trade-in or any other discounts other than the $2,500 cash back.

They initially started me at $479/month with $1,000 due at signing as a reference point. Other dealers were coming in at anywhere between $495-$515/month with $0 due at signing, so a similar starting point.

    Hey Carman,

I am interested in leasing a 2013 Acadia AWD SLT-1 in black with the rear entertainment system. I can get the price down to $40,936 after negotiating and applying the $2,000 rebate.
What are the residuals and money factors for a 36 and 39 month lease at 12,000 and 15,000 miles/yr.?

    Hi Carman,

I am looking for MF and Residuals on the 2013 AWD Denali for July for 12,000 miles/year. Can you tell me if the rates for the 2014 model are the same? I believe GMC is offering 39 month leases.

I will be leasing in Illinois.

    Thanks,

    Hi

    MSRP-$52,070

    $2,500 down total
$569.50 per month including MA tax
    12,000 miles

    Car Man,

I just was quoted a lease for a 2013 GMC Acadia with the following...

    2013 GMC Acadia SLE - 2
My trade in had 6k negative equity.
With 0 Down, Paying only 1st months lease and plates.
    $580/mo 12k miles/year 39 mo lease.

The goal of this deal is to get out of my negative equity deal asap while keeping my monthly payments very similar to what they currently are on my purchased vehicle. This deal keeps me very close.

Thoughts? Is the dealer giving me a good deal?

    Carman,

Can you please provide the 36 month lease money factor and residual values for the 2013 and 2014 Acadia Denali for both 12K and 15K miles. Also if there are any special lease incentives.
  • snow26snow26 Member Posts: 24
I have a deal in place for the lease of a 2013 Acadia Denali

This is what the dealer put in writing.

    39 months, 12K per year.

    Money Factor- .00020
    Residual-56%
    MSRP-$51,785
    Selling price-$50,068
    Rebates-$3500
    Monthly Payment-$535.00

Only money up front is first month payment and doc fees. All taxes are rolled into payment as well as acquisition fee. I believe lease is through US Bank.

Thoughts? Carman, I need you. Please respond!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    snow26,

I'm not carman but it looks like a good deal to me. A good rule of thumb for a lease is to pay 1% of the car value a month with no money down is a good lease.

$489 per month including MA tax
    12,000 miles

    Or $511 for 15K miles/year

    Thanks.

Can anyone share the Acadia Denali MF and Residuals for Sept 2013? Also Ive been hearing about a $1,350 rebate is this true and what is it for? Are USAA members also eligible for an additional $750?

    Hi Car Man,

Can you please provide the money factor and residuals for both a 2013 and a 2014 GMC Acadia SLT-1 with either 10,000 or 12,000 miles on a 36 or 39-month lease?

Using the Costco Auto Program We leased a new 2014 Acadia Denali with Rear DVD, in White Diamond.

39 month Lease worked out to be $532 per month with $1,240 due at signing (tax rolled into lease payments). Money Factor was .0003, residual was 58%. This was after a $1,350 rebate and Costco's special dealer pricing. Hope this helps someone else and if anyone has feedback on the deal let me know.
  • vitaly1vitaly1 Member Posts: 2
Tell me what you think of this deal. Not sure if I should search around a bit more or not.
    2014 GMC SLE2
    MSRP $39,400
    15K/year lease
    39 month term
$0 down except for first payment
Smartlease protection plan already rolled in
    Tax already rolled in
    $468 per month
  • arob1arob1 Member Posts: 67
I think you could do better. For that monthly payment you should be able to get SLT1 with NAV.
  • vitaly1vitaly1 Member Posts: 2
You are correct. Reached out to another dealership and got a quote for the same vehicle and terms at $25/month cheaper without even negotiating. Going to visit them tomorrow and see how much lower they can go.

    Thanks for the reply.

    Hi CarMan,

Can you please provide the residual and money factor on a 2014 Acadia SLT1, 12k miles/year? Any incentives?

    Thank you!
  • kyfdxkyfdx Moderator Posts: 236,760
2014 Acadia money factor is 1.2%.. The residual is either 62% or 60%, depending on the packages on the vehicle..

    Pkg 3SA or 3SB is 62%

    Pkg 4SA or 4SB or 5SA is 60%

According to what I've seen, on this model, AWD makes no difference...

    Hi -

Was curious if there are still lease options on the 2013 ACADIA Denali, FWD, or if Ally is not supporting that anymore, and what are resid/mf? If not what is current MF/resid for 2014.

Pkg I'm looking for is with nav, no rear ent. Do they still give competitive lease rebate, USAA and GM Supplier incentives?

    I live in NC.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks!

I want the slt1 with nav, as well.
