  i have the same problem with my 2002 prizm. its not the drivers side window tho. its the rear right window. it will roll down and up fine but if i do it 2 times in a row it slows down and move up just a inch. then i have to wait like 3-5 minutes then it will roll up. since the car does share a lot of parts with toyota models. my friends love toyotas and they are on there 3rd sienna. all older models pre 2000. and they have had the same problem with the window on 2 of the 3.
