2006 EX - middle seat won't come out

I just bought a used 2006 Sedona EX. The driver's side middle seat will not release the rear right latch, so the seat will not flip forward and cannot be removed. The other middle seat releases fine. Can someone tell me how to manually release that latch? That is, what to disassemble/adjust/etc. to get it to come out?

I would schedule an appointment with the dealer if possible. It would be covered under warranty unless your past the 60K mark. Try to follow the release cable and see if it is hung up somewhere. I do not know of any other way to fold and remove the seats but by the release strap.

Thanks - I took it to the dealer and they confirmed it is covered under warranty. They are ordering the parts (entire seat track) and I'll bring it back in to repair.
