    the Spectra sold 40 (vs 318 in '08) YTD - 1,992 (3,354 in '08)
    I'm guessing there is not a lot of stock available in Canada

    990 units (YTD - 3175), this exceeded the units of the Spectra from September '08 by almost 50%.

    for some of you mentioning delays and slow supply of Forte Koup's, there is some good news on the horizon. According to KIA Export sales (ex-factory) for September 3,019 Koup's were manufactured along with 18,713 Forte sedans. This was the first time that the Koup showed up on the charts as a separate model for production purposes.

    US has just released their figures 4,984 with 17,381 YTD (no Canadian figures available yet)

    870 units, which was the best selling model for the month. They only sold 9 Spectra's.

    Canada - 955 (the best selling model for the month)

    USA - 4,044 units (Spectra 89 units)

    Canada - 1286 (vs 31 for '09) best selling model for the month, (they also sold 4 Spectra's (vs 244 in '09)

    USA - 5,807 (none sold in same period last year). They sold 40 Spectra's (vs 7,165 in '09).

    (note: to compare Canada to the US for population mulitply Canadian sales by 9.5)

    For our US cousins in relation to the population difference for each country, that's like selling 12,150 Forte's in the US)

    US - 7,299 (vs 10 in '09) and 27 Spectra's (vs 7,896 for '09)

    USA - 7,467 + 16 Spectra's ('09 258 + 6,931 Spectra's)
