I'm looking to tow a 1995 AWD impreza using a tow dolly and wanted to know how i need to do it. Are there any drive shafts or linkage that needs to be removed or adjusted ? Thanks for any info.

    Manual or automatic?

Manuals can be towed with all 4 wheels on the ground. The visous coupling allows for enough slip.

How far are you towing it?

Okay, then if you are towing with the rear wheels on the ground, you should remove the driveshaft between the rear axle and the transaxle.
