DIAGNOSE ENGINE MISS
My 2002 Lincoln LS V8 has developed a miss
or hesitation when accelerating from 40-55 MPH.
No hesitation prior to 40 MPH or upon reaching
full cruising speed > 60 MPH. This hesitation or miss is accentuated when going up a hill. Seems like an electrical issue to me....initially I thought spark plug wires....only as I found out upon lifting the hood to investigate....there are no spark plug wires. Could this issue be spark plug coils? Or possibly something other than an electrical issue
...perhaps a tourque converter problem? Would like some feedback before I resort to taking it in to he dealer. Appreciate any comments. Thanks!

Second choice would be fuel filter/fuel pump.
