For 36mo, 10K/yr lease, it's .00061 MF and 58% residual with $3250 lease cash.
The 48 month residual is 50%, but I can't verify the money factor. It may be much higher than .00061.

.00061 MF and 58% residual for base, 57% residual for SE. We don't have the incentive information, but the advertised leases all assume a dealer discount of $3250 from MSRP.

I live in in yardley, PA bucks county- so lease tax is 9%. Looking for Residual, Money factor, and the edmunds True Market Value for - 2014 Acura TL-SH- AWD with Technology Package for 36 months- 10K miles a year, total of 30,000 miles. Nothing down. but will make first payment and 35 after. so far i have the MSRP of 44,080 including destination, taz at 9%.
The back story is: so this is going to be my 3rd lease or 9 years with Acura. To date I leased a 2008 Acura TL with Technology package at 12K mi for 36 month.I put nothing down except 1st payment and minor assignment fee for 437/mo with tax. Currently I have a 2010 Black Acura TL with technology package at 12K miles for 36 month. Again I put nothing down and made first payment with 35 left payments and 450/mo with tax. The car is in great shape and under mileage with 28,221. I am pre approved with 50K, rollover of 15K miles, 1500 in wear and use. i pay no security deposit, no disposition fee, as a acura loyal customer and momentum miles qualified Residual & Money factor for - 2014 Acura TL-SH- AWD with Technology Package.

@kyfdx@Edmunds Thanks for the numbers. I come up exactly what the dealer did. he made so many quotes i made him honor his adjusted cap cost. here is the deal for anyone. Buying in Bridgewater, NJ but live in pa.-2014 Acura TL-SH- AWD with Technology Package for 36 months- 10K miles a year, total of 30,000 miles. Nothing down. but will make first payment and 35 after. ( i roll over 15K miles and have 1500 forgiveness so i will have 45K miles and not hit for the the little dings. MSRP- 44080; Base cap cost 38110 (includes the 895 destination fee); cost adjusted to lease 0; cap cost reductions 0; adjusted cap cost 36110; residual 52% or 22, 922; MF- .00049; term 36 months; sales tax 9%= total out the door is 492.45 with tax and 35 remaining payments. so that is 451.79 monthly and tax is 40.66. depreciation is 15168 Rent 1077 total sales tax 1464; total all payment 17729; total lease 17729. exterior is silver moon and interior is Umber. They are also throwing in a NO cost. wheel locks, both matching mud flaps, and both guards (front and back) also they are giving me a $70 voucher to have the car inspected in pa. They need to make room for July 2015 car. he happens to have 48 2014 tis on his lot...prime pickings ya all. if they piss me off, before i sign i will have them throw in the wood grain shifter knob. lol. Good luck ya all. now is the time.

Nothing down. but will make first payment and 35 after.i was quoted Estimated TrueCar Dealer Price $34,725-Base MSRP $39,760-+ 895 destination- tot msrp$40,655with a 5930 savings= 34,725 Net cap cost + 348 doc fee or 35073. i attached the quote and valuations i did. they quoted me a final price because they used TruCar (BS CAR) and i took all the numbers and figured how to get to his final coast with tax of 422.55 for 35 months with zero down and and 440.00 first payment plus 348 doc fee...sorry to be log winded. i just need MF-Residual for 36 months- 10K mi yr- toto 30k miles. thanks ( i was simply given the above 440 first pay and 35 payments of 42255 including 9% tax. if you want to see the #'s given and the calculator completed to back into # quoted please let m know if it is right as i fee as i never negotiated the final cap cost. thanks.

With those numbers, I get $392/mo.+ tax, or about $430/mo for 36 months.. That's pretty close to what's quoted. I'm sure there are some title/license fees...

You can use the shopping tools at the top of the page to look up MSRP, and expected selling price of the car you want.
For a 36/10 lease, the residual value is 50% for the TL AWD Advance and 52% for the TL AWD Tech. Residual is .00049 and there is $3750 lease cash on both the Tech and Advance.

Can you tell me if the "Lease cash" you quoted in the past above (on 6/8) is the same as case rebate for purchase? Also, do you know when the site (Edmunds) started quoting the $4500 rebate? I checked it on 6/7 and it said $3250 but now it says $4500. The problem is acura.com doesn't show ANY rebate cash. ???
I also just called Acura "Client Relations" and they said there are NO rebates of any kind ("Purchase" or "Lease Cash") on the TL. How accurate is the info here on Edmunds.com ??
