Hello. Thanks for your response. What will be residual for 10K/yr? Thanks again.
Sorry, I did not realized that 2014 Q70 not in stock. Only 2013 M37. For 2013 M37 will be the same numbers? Thanks.
10K/yr residuals are +3% over 15K/yr residuals

I have a G37x lease expiring in 3 months and just got the following offer on an M37x. I'm surprised that the incentives are so crummy this month.
Only $1,000 loyalty dollars.
No pull-ahead on my existing lease.
M37x AWD Premium
39 mo. lease/12k miles -- Residual - 49%, MF - .00015 (nice, but no opportunity for MSDs)
MSRP: $56,720
Invoice: $52,776
Acquisition fee: $700
Payoff of existing lease: $1,373
Purchase price: $49,776
$627/mo. (including PA tax). $916 due at signing.
I think that I can get him to waive the payoff of the existing lease, in which case the purchase price would be $48,476 and lease payments would be $590.
Any comments on this offer? I do not intend to move forward unless they waive the remaining lease payments. If they do, is there any reason to wait? Will the loyalty dollars get better - they can't get worse, right?
Yeah... I don't think the numbers can get worse... but, they could get better. I'd wait out the two months, and hope for a better deal. I don't think they sell too many Ms, so maybe they don't focus the incentives there, like they do on the G.

Hi All
Was wondering if this is a good deal.
2013 M37 Base
MSRP 56,500 less sale price plus $1000 off for loyalty = 49,000
MF =0.0004
Residual = 50%
3 months left on previous lease @ 399 month (included in price as follows)
1st month 635
monthly 570
39 months
12k miles per year
I actually show the money factor as .00048, but close enough...
To get that number, they have to have everything rolled in at $49K.. acq.fee, the $1200 to pay off your lease, tax.. looks pretty good.

@kyfdx Thanks for the feedback... you were right it is .00048. Quick question...You think the price might improve if I wait another month or two or until the q70 arrive at the dealerships? I have until end of June before lease runs out.
thanks again
It's hard to say.. Those are 2013 models, and at some point, Infiniti will just pay the dealer a cash incentive on whatever units are leftover, and there won't be a subvented lease deal available. If you are buying the car, that won't matter. But, if you are lease only, you'll have to look elsewhere. When will that happen? That would just be a guess (not even an educated one)

@ kyfdx
Thanks again for everything
here is the final lease deal
M37 Premium. Sticker 54600
Final car sale price 45500 (to include $1000 customer loyalty)
They cover the final 2 months of my lease @399 a month
They cover the first payment of $635.
They also throw in 36 month VIP maintenance.
I make 38 payments @ 545 a month
Felt like I got a pretty good deal based upon previous numbers
Thanks again
Sure looks like a good deal.. .maintenance, too, which is nice.

Hi kyfdx@Edmunds - I am also looking at two Infiniti options - The first is a 2013 M37 AWD What would the money factor and residual be on this car for 24 and 39 months with 15K miles. (It may bee too old to lease, I am not sure) The other is a 2014 Q50S AWD - same thing 24 and 39 month at 15K miles. Also what is the point deduct for 19.5K miles with Infiniti?
Thanks!!!
M37 AWD - 57% and .00011 (24mo) or 47% and .00023 (39mo)
Q50S AWD - 66% and .00024 (24mo) or 55% and .00024 (39mo)
