Unsigned Lease with .01 Cents Per Mile (overage)

I've recently leased 2014 Mazda 6 and noticed that the dealership populated the mileage overage charge box as ".01 Cents" vs "10 cents", so it would appear I'm free to rack on the mileage with minimal additional cost; however, the dealer didn't sign the lease. Would there be an implied contract of sorts since I signed the lease, they registered the vehicle, they gave me the vehicle and they service the vehicle?

Push came to shove, my guess is that a judge would probably say it was just a typo and you'd be on the hook.

I'll second that... and, as noted, it isn't signed. Don't know how long it's been since you leased the car, but wouldn't be surprised if the bank doesn't kick it back to be re-done.
