    I went to another dealer to comparison shop.

    328i xdrive
    MRSP 50,175
    Selling 43,640
    MF 0.0013
    RV 0.64
    36month
    10K miles

    I calculated out $443 a month with $1513 at signing using the Leasematic app on Ipad.

    However, the dealer said he could do $0 down and $550 a month.

    I am not sure how his math works out and am very confused. He told me $550 a month for a 50K car is very good.

    I would appreciate any advice or opinions.

    I don't know what variable you inputted into your app, as far as taxes, acquisition fee, etc.. But, with the variables you gave here, the payment is about $419/mo.+tax. I also don't know what your $1513 due at signing includes (or doesn't). But, $443/mo. with $1513 dues at signing is definitely not equivalent to $0 down and $550/mo.

    Salespeople all say that their offer is very good..

    Are there any official BMW deals that offer to lease a 3-series for 24 months? I recently saw an add at my local BMW that had a lease deal for 24 months. My thoughts are that it could be a demo vehicle.

    I haven't seen any 24 month BMW leases this month that would be competitive with 36 months.

    That looks really good.... Over 9% off MSRP before deducting the $2000 buildout cash. MSDs should knock it down to about $357/mo.

    It really doesn't matter when the 2015 models come out. If your dealer is leasing at that payment, they won't have any trouble moving what they have left, and you certainly can't lease a 2015 for that amount.

    Hi all, can anybody help me find the September numbers and available incentives for a 2014 335i (10k miles/36 months)? I used the Edmunds tool and found the invoice price to be $51,630 for the car which had a sticker price of $56,150. The dealer himself has it listed for $51,200, so would there be any more wiggle room on the selling price? They seem to be desperate to get rid of the 2014s from their inventory.

Bmw financial said that the disposition fee is waived if I lease another vehicle within 6 months does anyone know if this is true? Thanks in advance.

    2014: .00129 MF and 59% residual. $2000 Innovation credit.

    2015: .00129 MF and 60% residual. $500 Innovation credit.

    I'm not sure about the 6 months... I've never had that much overlap, but I have had one within 60 days, and that qualified.

    The discount doesn't seem bad.. What's shipping for?

    Also, they are marking up the money factor the maximum, before applying the discount for MSDs. That is where you can knock some off your payment.. Base MF of .00129 minus .00049 for MSDs = .00080 MF

    It would be awesome if someone could provide the following:

    (1) MF and residual for 2014 320xi; 36 / 12

    (2) MF and residual for 2015 320i; 36 /12

    I am presuming base MF is still .00130. While I had thought residual was 64% based upon research, dealer told me on Weds that both residuals are 60%. Any feedback would be much appreciated.

    MF is .00129 this month, so your dealer is marking it up for extra profit.

    MSD's are always a good idea, if you can afford the up front cash. We don't recommend that you put money down to lower the cap cost - if the car is stolen or totaled, you are out that money.

    Using your MSRP and selling price with the base MF and no down payment, I get a pre-tax payment of $474.28. Max MSDs will lower your pre-tax payment to $438.50/mo.

    Here is the offer I received on a 2014 328d Sedan (Sport Line, Premium, Technology, Cold Weather, HK, Paddles, Lighting, AHB)

    MSRP: $55,250

    Invoice: $50,785

    Discounts: $6500 (not itemized, but as that's below the invoice price, I'm assuming it includes incentives)

    Price after taxes etc.: $49,104

    Residual: $34,255 (62%)

    MF: .00158 (3.8%)

    36 months / 12k - ($1000 down) = $588/month OR $543/month with $2500 down.

    The lease calculator on this site indicates the price should be $521/month with $1000 down. Looking at other posts, the MF seems high, which I'm assuming is because the price on the car is pretty low and they are trying to make money that way; I'll have to talk them down. Can someone please tell me if there are better options to bring the payments down? 27 or 39 month instead, etc.?

    Using your numbers provided (but not factoring in any down payment), I get a pre-tax payment of $544.18/mo for 36 months.

    MF is indeed inflated; base MF this month is .00129 - using this will take the payment to $520.01/mo.

    We do not recommend making a down payment on a lease - if the car is stolen or totaled, you are out the money. Instead, look at using the cash for MSDs - 7 MSDs will lower your MF to .00080 and your payment to $479.16/mo.

    Here's what I got recently on one of the last 2014 Blue Estoril left in the area. My local dealer had to trade for this vehicle since the dealer that had the vehicle wouldn't budge on the price, go figure.
